Family-owned and rooted in this community since day one. We treat every car and tractor like it's our own — because honesty and craftsmanship are the only policies we've ever needed.
Honest diagnostics, quality repairs, and a commitment to getting you back on the road — safely and on time.
Brakes, suspension, engine diagnostics, oil changes, and everything in between. We keep your vehicle running right.
Check engine lights, electrical gremlins, and hard-to-find issues — we track them down and fix them for good.
Tractors, harvesters, implements — when the season won't wait, neither will we. Ag repair you can count on.
Oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and preventive care to catch problems before they become expensive ones.
Brake pads, rotors, ABS, steering — your safety isn't something we cut corners on. Period.
Stuck in the field or stranded downtown? Give us a call — we'll work with you to get things moving again.
VanHauen Ag & Automotive isn't a franchise or a roadside chain. We're your neighbors — right here in Sumner — and we've spent years earning the kind of reputation that doesn't need advertising.
Our dual focus on automotive and agricultural repair means we understand the machinery that keeps this community running — whether it's your daily commuter or the combine you can't afford to lose during harvest.
When you pull into our lot, you're not a ticket number. You're someone we'll remember next time you show up. That's just how we do things.

It's not complicated — we just refuse to cut corners.
We'll tell you what needs attention and what can wait. If we can't fix it, we'll say so — and point you to someone who can.
You'll know the cost before we start. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons, no "while you're here" tactics.
We use reliable parts and charge reasonable rates. Because doing it right the first time is the only way that makes sense.
Whether it's a quick oil change, a serious repair, or a question about your ag equipment — we're here. Reach out by phone, email, or stop by the shop.
We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Thanks for reaching out. We'll get back to you shortly.
